We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or files.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers (such as Razorpay/UPI). We do not store your card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials on our servers. Payment providers handle your payment data under their own privacy policies.

5. Children's Privacy

Our courses are designed for learners of many ages, including school students. For users under 18, we recommend that a parent or guardian creates and supervises the account. We collect only the minimum information needed to provide our services, and we do not knowingly collect unnecessary personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing us at academy@gardaai.in. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
